Trip Itinerary
You arrive in Kathmandu, the vibrant capital city of Nepal. On your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our welcoming team from Nepal Intrepid Treks will receive you. We will assist you with your drive to a comfortable three-star city hotel.
We will assist with check-in and provide you with additional details regarding your tour. You may then relax or stroll around in the swarming, colorful lanes and streets of Kathmandu.

Required Document
In preparing to help us process your Tibet Visa, kindly have the following documents in hand:
- Passport Copy: Provide a clear photocopy of the passport at least 20 days before applying for the Tibet Travel Permit.
- Original Passport: Keep your original passport with you when your group arrives in Kathmandu.
- Passport Size Photo: Include a passport-size photograph with a white background, front face, no glasses, and no smile.
- Visa Application Form: Fill in the visa application form before your visit.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROCEDURE TIBET GROUP VISA !!!
As per the fresh rules and regulations of the Chinese embassy in Nepal, for obtaining a Tibet group visa, there should be at least 05 people in the group. Additionally, the Kathmandu visa application process requires the presentation of the original passport and may take 03-04 official working days for completion.
Please also bear in mind that visa requirements and rules may change regularly.

I came to Nepal to do the Upper Mustang trek with my friends in March 2025. We started our trek from Kagbeni, accompanied by my friend and guide. The blend of Tibetan and Hindu cultures was fascinating, and I especially enjoyed learning about the traditions of Buddhism. The people in that area were very kind.
I was amazed by the monasteries we visited; the entire region was fantastic. The ancient villages perched on the hills surprised us with their unique history and architecture. The variety of colorful paintings and decorations left a lasting impression.
